As you may have noticed from the shipping address, we live in remote East Arnhem Land. A couple of months ago, we took a drive to our local market (3 hours away) and while we were there, we saw a woman selling the Zest spices. I bought one of the packets of Sublime [Sri Lankan] and was in love. The flavours were amazing and was a real hit in my community. There is nothing I love more than cooking curries and sauces at dinners and get togethers. So i thought it was time to order some more and found your other range too, so thought why not. Even if its half as good as the other flavour thats still pretty darn good.

Are you looking for a keto-friendly butter chicken, without the hassle of making the sauce from scratch? The Zest Byron Bay Butter Chicken recipe base is a great option as there are no added sugars or preservatives.
We have served this with cauliflower rice to non-keto family and friends when they have come over and it is always a hit!
WE LOVE THAT…
It’s really quick and easy to prepare. It keeps in the cupboard well and most of all it’s delicious. Sometimes we add in a bag of baby spinach to the finished butter chicken, serve over cauliflower rice or any green vegetable. If you have time marinating the chicken in the recipe base gives the best flavour in our opinion.

I am writing to thank you for supplying me with such an amazing Zest product. Your butter chicken has been such a hit in our house!! Butter chicken is by far our favourite meal and when I saw your product at our local grocer I nervously decided to try it out on my very critical family!!
