1 large white sweet potato
1/4 small cauliflower cut into small florets
3 shallots sliced finely
1 handful basil leaves, finely sliced

Add Zest Fiesta Spice Blend to mince, onions, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg yolk. BBQ.
Mix Zest Fiesta Marinade with sour cream to taste.
Mix your favourite Zest Marinade with sour cream, yogurt, hummus or tahini & serve with carrots, celery, bread or crackers.
Fresh squid coated with Zest Exotic Spice Blend and seasoned flour mixture. Pan fry.
Mix Zest Exotic Marinade well into plain yogurt (also great as a chicken marinade).
